Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. All change of mind returns are at our absolute discretion.
Eligibility Criteria for Change of Mind Returns
To qualify for a change of mind return, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of Purchase:A valid Eurotech Lighting invoice must be provided, showing the purchase date within the last 30 days of the refund request date.

Saleable Condition:Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all product boxing.

Return Authorisation:A Goods Return Authority (GRA) number must be obtained before returning any product. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package without a GRA number cannot be guaranteed for processing.

Timely Return:Once a GRA has been issued by Eurotech Lighting, the returned item must be received within 7 days. Returns received outside this timeframe may be declined.

Return Costs:We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.
How to Request a Return

Complete a GRA Request Form: Submit a request via our website: eurotechlighting.co.nz/pages/return-return-form

Await Approval: Submitting a GRA request does not guarantee acceptance of your return. All returns are subject to inspection by a Eurotech Lighting representative before credit is issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to their nature, except in the event that they are faulty or defective due to manufacturing issues:
- Clearance, indented, or custom-ordered products(including special orders & personalised items).
- Assembled products.

Damaged or Faulty Products
Eurotech Lighting guarantees that all items are inspected for defects before leaving our warehouse. You may also have rights under New Zealand's consumer laws that are in addition to any guarantee that Eurotech Lighting provides.
Transit Damage
- You must report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Claims made after 48 hours may be declined.
For damage claims, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Restocking Fees(Change of Mind Returns Only)
- Eurotech Lighting reserves that right to charge a restocking fee for any return that does not meet our standard criteria.
- Restocking fees start at 15%, with a minimum charge of $20 + GST.
