Warranty Policy

Whilst the consumer guarantees Act and Fair-Trading Act provide the basis for Eurotech Lightings product guarantee, we often go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws.  Should there be a problem with a Eurotech Lighting product, we will assess each individual situation and work directly with our immediate customer to provide a resolution. 

Eurotech Lighting Limited provide a return to base product warranty guarantee of up to 5 years (product specific).  Warranty commencement is from the date of sale from Eurotech Lighting and is only valid if the fitting is installed in accordance with the instructions provided and to local regulations.

If defective material or workmanship is found within the warranty period, it must be returned to the supplier in accordance with our returns process.

The Eurotech Lighting Limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or failure resulting from the incorrect installation or removal of product.

Eurotech Lighting does not accept liability for consequential damage, or any incidental expenses resulting from any incorrect installations or claims for damage to building or any other consequential loss either directly or indirectly due to incorrect installations. Cutting of holes prior to receiving goods is entirely at the risk of the installer.
