Prize Draw T&C’s 

Valid Entry

  • Only one entry per person, where multiple entries are received by the same person, these entries will be considered a singular entry.
  • The promotion is valid to visitors of Conztrust shows NZ Hamilton & Auckland running June 2023.
  • Eurotech Lighting reserves the right to refuse to award any prize to an entrant whom Eurotech Lighting decides (at sole discretion) has violated the rules, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the prize draw, or has won using fraudulent means.
  • By participating, entrants grant Eurotech Lighting exclusive permission to use their names, characters, and photographs for promotion & marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.
  • Entry into the promotion is deemed to be acceptance of being marketed to by Eurotech Lighting via email or text message.
  • Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and correct.

Winning the prize

  • The prize draw will be selected at random on Wednesday 21 June 2023
  • The winning recipient has agreed they are 18 or over. Anyone below 18 will not be considered a valid entrant.
  • Only the person who originally entered the promotion can be awarded the prize.
  • The judge’s determination of the winner will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner will be notified by email, phone (voice or text)
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No other family members, friends, office associates, or anyone else will be able to participate on the winner’s behalf.
  • The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Eurotech Lighting in respect of any claim for accident, injury, property damage, or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.

Eurotech Lighting Responsibility

  • Eurotech Lighting reserves the right to amend, vary, extend, or discontinue the promotion at any stage, for any reason.
  • Eurotech Lighting takes no responsibility for failure to enter or complete the prize draw.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by the law Eurotech Lighting will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury because of promotion entry or winning the prize.

Acceptance

  • Participation in the prize draw/promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
  • If the winner does not accept these terms & conditions the prize will be forfeited
